Workshop: A Taste of Italy (Sold Out)

A hands on workshop making a three -course Italian inspired dinner.  Begin the evening with a glass of prosecco, then make real Italian pasta from scratch to form the basis of your mini “vacation” to Italy.  Wine pairings included.  The balance of the meal:  meatballs, garlic and pancetta, tomato basil salad, poached pears in wine.
