Entertaining made easy and fun in the style of South Pond. Under the experienced hand of Chef McKenna make a four course dinner with local seasonal ingredients. Learn how to prepare meats, fish and vegetables with tricks from a skilled chef. Create a centrepiece with seasonal  "ingredients” with Danielle and take a little of Taste of the Country home.
