South Pond Farms is thrilled to present an exceptional one time offering: the food of the north. Iqaluit’s Masterchef Contestant Chef Sheila Lumsden in collaboration with our own Chef Mckenna will bring the experience of northern cuisine to the Bethany Hills.
Chef Lumsden will guide us on preparing sustainably harvested foods brought directly from Nunavut featuring seal, caribou and char. It is the food of her culture. Inuit people treasure and have survived off the connection to the land and sea. It is also our food philosophy here at South Pond that we value and appreciate what the land has to offer. In collaboration and guidance from Chef Lumsden and we bring this experience to a few.
This will be an exceptional and exclusive evening. $200 per person for the evening. This price does not include tax and gratuities.
The dinner is BYOB; however, we offering Arctic Tea pairings.
