Cooking with Chef McKenna - Fire, Sauce and Smoke. What could be better than a Friday night eating, cooking and learning. Demystify smoking your food. Learn fireside smoking techniques even if you do not have a smoker at home. Create delicious sauce to accompany the meal. Enjoy your meal in our kitchen. Bring your own wines and beer. It’s a festive evening and workshop in rolled into one.

This is a BYOB event. Includes a three course meal, hands on cooking, recipe cards.
