Farmhouse Baking: Full Day Bread Baking (Apr 14)

Join Danielle and Chefs Kevin McKenna and Pastry Chef Dylan Smith to learn about traditional bread-making using sourdough and heritage grains. Learn about traditional long rise breads incorporating grains and baking techniques with an expert for a full day. Both Chef’s have years of pastry experience and Chef Dylan’s famous sourdough artisan bread is famous not only here at the farm.

This is a BYOB event. Includes delicious three course farmhouse lunch and all equipment and recipes.
