Join Danielle and Chefs Kevin McKenna and Pastry Chef Dylan Smith to learn about traditional Irish bread-making using heritage grains. Learn about baking featuring traditional Irish soda bread using techniques from an expert. Both Chef’s have years of pastry experience and Chef Dylan’s sourdough artisan bread is famous not only here at the farm.
