Join Danielle and Chefs Kevin McKenna and Pastry Chef Dylan Smith to learn about traditional bread-making using heritage grains. Learn about quick breads, incorporating grains, toppings and baking techniques with an expert. Both Chef’s have years of pastry experience and Chef Dylan’s famous sourdough artisan bread is famous not only here at the farm.

This is a BYOB event. Includes delicious three course farmhouse lunch and all equipment and recipes.
